In Oedipus Rex one may see a very thin line on if his choices/actions were free will or fate. I can always see both. I think free will can sometimes lead you to your fate. Some may argue that that is just fate causing for you still, but if you cause something that can change your fate then i see it as free will because you changed your own path. This is always a tough subject to argue because again it is a thin line of separating the two. They really go hand in hand. Free will is the act of one choosing how to deal with a present situation, whereas fate is a higher power choosing or mapping out your future decisions. But if you really think how it occurs it is always sort of both as i said it goes hand in hand.
I believe everyone gets to choose somethings in their own life whether it be picking the scent of your soap that week or picking what you are going to do with your life. Which is may i see more free will in people, yes i do see the ideas of both and do believe both, so i can't really say which one i see more of in my own life, i would like to think it is free will. But i decisions that i never really knew the answer for was probably my fate stepping in and "deciding" for me.
